How do I schedule my inspection after I sign up?
Once you sign up, Andrew files your membership right away. Nobody shows up until you're ready: just call when it suits you and he'll set up your inspection at a time that works for your schedule.
Is there a contract?
Membership is a 12-month commitment. Monthly members pay $7.99 a month, and annual members pay $95.88 once for the year. If you cancel early, the remaining balance for the current term is due.
Do members still pay for repairs?
Repairs are billed separately, but members get 10% off plumbing repairs, reduced emergency dispatch fees, and priority scheduling, so you move to the front of the line when something goes wrong.
