If you smell gas, get everyone outside and call your gas utility or propane supplier from there before anything else. Once the line is safe, Teal finds the leak and repairs it, whether it's a worn fitting or a pinhole in an old pipe, and checks the rest of the line while it's there.
A gas tankless water heater can need far more gas than the tank it replaces, and a line that's too small leaves it starved for fuel. Teal upgrades your piping to carry the new load and replaces rusted or leaking sections of older pipe.
Delivery crews often won't connect gas appliances, and a loose fitting is not something to guess at. Teal connects new ranges, water heaters, and other gas appliances, checks every fitting for leaks, and makes sure the appliance runs right before leaving.

My toilet was leaking. I called Teal Plumbing, who was recommended on the Salisbury, MD Facebook group. They responded quickly. He pulled the toilet, removed the damaged laminate flooring, replaced the wax seal and got it seated correctly, and put the toilet back. He cleaned the whole area and took the damaged flooring with him to dispose of it. I am thrilled that everything was taken care of and I have my bathroom back. I highly recommend Teal Plumbing! Woke up and surprise no water ,I called teal plumbing after looking on internet ,I went with a gut feeling and also it was family run business, I called at 7:45 and they showed up at 9 am , looked over the situation, proposed the the price of repair , very reasonable and the work was done by 2 pm that's new water tank and pump pressure gauges and plumbing, great job and would recommend teal plumbing be your first call if needed , oh and it was all in a crawl space thank you Andrew for your quick response and repair ,
